Other Video Art:

• “My Black Male Body”: a music video complicating ideas of Black masculinity, which I co-directed and filmed for Dazie Grego-Sykes’ album “Make Me Black.” This music video was presented at the Life is Living Festival and Oakland Creative Pride Arts Festival in 2020.

• “THE MUSIC TOOK MY MIND”: a short film about Paradise Garage and the early house music scene, as told through the memories of artist and HIV/AIDS education activist, Ernest ‘Mali’ Andrews. I conceived, directed and filmed this short film for Queering Dance Festival’s FROLIC! Showcase in 2022.
